WALK4BERMUDA
Let’s engage with each other & dissolve barriers by “walking together” to continue Mandela’s long walk to freedom. Bring your family, friends and coworkers to Victoria Park on Sunday, April 15 at 2:00. Then find someone you don’t know and walk with them and have a connected conversation.
The route
Starting from Victoria Park, we will walk together along Cedar Avenue to North Street. Then travel along North Street, take a left onto Glebe Road, walk up the hill to Bishop Spencer Road and then left on Palmetto Road. Continue along Marsh Folly Road and back around to Cedar Avenue, returning to Victoria Park.
What to bring
Please bring your own refillable water bottles & snacks if needed. We will have water stations along the route and in Victoria Park.
time
The walk will be approximately 30 - 40 minutes and is stroller and wheelchair accessible. The event will end at 4:00pm.
important
You are invited to join participants in Victoria Park after the walk to continue the conversation. If you do not want to walk, feel free to gather in Victoria Park and connect with others there.
