Join us for this Human Library experience, where real people are Open Books, sharing their stories and engaging in conversations that challenge stereotypes; providing an opportunity to unjudge someone.
Every human book from our bookshelf, represents a group in our society that is often subjected to prejudice, stigmatisation or discrimination because of their lifestyle, diagnosis, belief, disability, social status, ethnic origin etc.
In each 30 minute interaction between Reader & Book, questions are expected, encouraged & appreciated. Be curious & ask questions . . . If we never ask, how can we ever learn? As long as your questions come from a place of respect, our Books are more than happy to answer them all! This way we might be able to understand one another better.
